Adobe is providing free copies of adobe Flex Builder 3 for developers that affected with the current economy crisis to help them improve their skills and open new opportunities by learning more about the new technology. The main two requirements to be eligible for the software request are to be affected by the economy crisis and use the product for only learning and study purposes.
