PDF to Word is a new converter for document files that is still in the beta stage and is open for free to any one to join and try this tool.
The new tool which you can join its beta program here includes the following features according to mentioned in the tool main website:
Text & Fonts:
Text formatting. Retain the same size and color as the original text.
Bold & italics. Retain bold and italic formatting wherever used.
Maintain rotated text. Keep text correctly rotated, irrespective of its orientation.
Hyperlinks. Retain active hyperlinks.
Ligatures. Easily convert all ligatures, such as fi, ft, ff, and more.
Multi-language text support. Accurately convert all Unicode-based text, in any LTR (left-to-right written) language.
Retain font appearance. When a PDF file uses a font not installed on your system, we’ll replace it with the best alternative font.
Advanced font handling. When PDF files comprise text that has been custom font encoded, we use advanced OCR-based technology to extract text, not possible with other PDF-to-Word converters.
Paragraph & Page Layout
Proper paragraphs. Generate Microsoft Word files with correctly formatted and easy-to-edit paragraphs.
Justification & alignment. Maintain the correct alignment for paragraphs – left, right, centered, or fully justified.
Bullet and numbered lists. Ensure the layout and indenting of bulleted and numbered lists mirrors the original PDF.

Transparency. Accurately retain transparency in images.
Backgrounds. Convert background images and ensure they remain behind the primary page content.
Effects.. Retain the look of effects like textures, patterns, shadows, and mirroring.
