Hi Lynette,
First I would like to thank you for your comment that I am sure will add much value to the post. I really respect your point of view and agree with you in many issues. It is just one issue about spoof ads. Actually, I hate this type of advertising because it spoils the original artwork and confuses people to see the real history of the advertising except in the old advertising books. I tried hard to keep the ads original and choose only the original one. It was not that much easy to determine, which is the fake ads. I think it would be much hard for the non-designers to see this and will cause confusion to them.

I think artists who do spoof ads should mention this clearly before publish these content as they cause confusion to the viewers more than criticize an old ad.

Thanks alot
Rafiq

Hi,
Thanks alot for your comment and I really appreciate it. Actually, I agree with you but I just wanted to let the new designers compare with the old the recent design styles. This will help reaching what I call the universal concept. As there are some creative concepts that last forever and is not limited to a place or a culture. you can notice this in classic cartoons that we all love and our children as well even when it is produced in the 30th or may be earlier. You can notice that such universal concept is essentially based on simplicity, this is the factor the makes the design idea last forever and people respect it event after the design get old or even pass away.
