Welcome to Acrobat.com Presentations, a better way to create, edit, and share presentations with others online. Built on the Adobe® Flash® platform, Acrobat.com Presentations looks and behaves like a desktop presentation application but operates inside a web browser. It’s free, so sign up now.

With Acrobat.com Presentations, you can:

  • Easily create your own professional presentations online, using built-in tools and layouts.
  • Simplify working with others on presentations. Create, revise, and collaborate on the same presentation at the same time — all online. No need to e-mail attachments back and forth or track down who has the latest version.
  • Meet your deadline with ease. With simultaneous editing, no one is locked out of the presentation while others make changes.
  • Access your presentations from anywhere. Your presentation is always available online so you can do last minute tweaks, present it from wherever you are, or deliver it offline by exporting to Adobe PDF.
All this within an easy-to-use interface that makes creating presentations with others simple and fun.

To use Acrobat.com Presentations, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that you have Flash Player 10 on your computer. Check your version by going on Adobe.com.
  2. Go to http://labs.acrobat.com and click “Sign Up.” If you already have an Acrobat.com account, just log in and start working on your presentation. If you don’t have an Acrobat.com account, just create one; it’s easy and free.
  3. You start in your personal workspace, where you will find the “Welcome to Presentations” document with instructions and tips to help you create a new presentation. You can click the Share button to invite people to view your work or collaborate.
  4. With the same account login and password you can also use other Acrobat.com applications — such as web conferencing, file sharing and storage, and an online word processor — for more productive collaboration.
