AFComponents is providing a new free AS 3.0 Flash component. The component is a Umap component and below is more information about it and how to download.

UMap is the Universal ActionScript 3.0 Mapping API. The scalable component model allows you to create rich maps with interactive data layers. Our flexible API enables developers to build fully-customized solutions. The current version is integrated with OpenStreetMap, Microsoft Virtual Earth, CloudMade, Yahoo and ArcGIS map data.
