We all saw fonts that later on became iconic. We craved for them, we tried to draw them when we were kids. One example is the Star Wars font which I absolutely love and which probably filled dozens of pages on the back of my notebooks when I was in middle school. Of course, there are other famous fonts that made my childhood and youth more beautiful such as the font that was on the Godfather posters, the Walt Disney font, the Harry Potter font or the Yahoo one.

However, back when most of these were created, you couldn’t reproduce them just by clicking a few buttons or by using a font recognition programme.
