Attraction is one of the main factors in product promotion, and the last step to attract the client to buy a product is to attract the client’s eyes to see the product in the stores’ shelve. However, designing attractive package for the product can affect the decision to buy it by attracting the user to the attractive product package among other products.

Package design is one of the challenging design tasks because it touches the user experience with the product and change it with concern not to break any of the user experience rules or offend how the user uses the product. However, there are many factors that should be put in mind while designing or changing a product package such as how the user will use the product? Does the new package fit with the style and the brand of the product? Will the new design offends the client culture?

When designing packages, designer should consider all these factors. On return, creative package design can have a deep impact on the market and the decision to buy the product as we will see in the below amazing designs for packages and package design ideas.

“Pandora Bell is an artisan confectionery brand from the West of Ireland, practising under the philosophy that a high quality daily treat is healthier – and more satisfying – than a mouthful of artificial flavourings. We were asked to create branding and packaging to give their mouth-watering products the sophisticated presence they deserve. The resulting designs take inspiration from vintage food packaging and labels, giving them a contemporary twist through the use of different production techniques for the graphic components. The logotype, silhouette and patterns are used in varying degrees across the packaging, and executed in a range of finishes from foil to screenprinting.”
